| Sensei Nadine LOPEZ 1st Degree Black Belt (Sho-Dan) Sensei Nadine as a white belt won 1st place in kumite in 1981-82 also took 1st in the State Championship in that division. As a green belt she also was State Champion for that division. Sensei Nadine also competed in such prestigious tournaments as the "Battle of Atlanta" and the US Open. As a Black Belt one of her first tournaments took place in the Bahamas where she won 2nd place against the men in kumite. Sensei Nadine was married in December 2007.
